This GZP CNC plate drilling machine is the most suitable equipment for steel plate, heat exchanger, flange, or tube sheet processing. Machine has drilling, tapping, boring and tapping functions by changing tools.

With boiler industry development, coal-fired boiler (max.φ50mm) is replace by gas-fired boiler (max.φ76mm), this machine has better drilling performance.

Installation with leveling block, worktable & frame separated structure:

Before machine installation, strict technical preparation is required. Here refers to secondary grouting, with leveling block under machine base, to prevent machine deformation during high speed drilling, ensures machine long term usage stability.

Worktable and frame separated structure, vibration force during processing is directly transmitted to ground.
