Place the bridge on the base that was just leveled, place the spirit level on the bridge, and adjust the base on the other side to the same height and level.

Install the sealing strip on the bridge on the left side, and then install the bridge onto the base on the left side; Push the right base over and connect it together to complete the installation of the base. The base is now installed, and the equipment base plate and the foundation embedded plate are firmly welded together.

6. Install the gantry

Lift the gantry, first install the screws and positioning pins on one side of the sliding plate, and then install the positioning pins on the other side by rotating the screw. The installation on this side should be very smooth and easy, completing the installation of the gantry and sliding plate. Finally, fix the screws.

7. Install the drop plate bracket

When installing the dropping plate, it is necessary to apply waterproof glass glue at the joint of the dropping plate to avoid leakage of coolant.

8.Install the chip conveyor

Place the chip conveyor under the bridge, place the chip accumulation cart at the chip outlet, and place the water tank in position.
