How to use your beam drilling machine? Follow the following instructions:

1.Operator uses crane to put beam material on transverse table, 3-5 beams at one time, transmission chain transfers beam to feeding conveyor;

2.Press the button of side push device, pushes material to side positioning benchmark;

3.Adjust claw height on CNC carriage, clamps material and realizes automatic feeding of H beam;

4.Beam is transferred to the drilling position, program realizes automatic positioning, up, left and right pressing device tightly press beam, then start beam drilling process;

5.Drilling finishes, CNC carriage loosens clamp, material is transferred to outfeed conveyor.

6.At the same time, CNC carriage lifts automatically, back to start point, ready for next material processing.
