Example 4: A machining center TH6240 adopts FAGOR 8055 control system. In debugging, the accuracy of C-axis is greatly deviated, and the mechanical accuracy has not been found any problem after checking. After debugging by FAGOR technicians, it is found that the calculation of the servo parameters of linear axis and rotary axis is quite different. After recalculating, the accuracy of C-axis is greatly different. After the servo parameters are calculated, the C axis goes back to the reference point, and the running accuracy is all normal. For the debugging and maintenance of NC machine tools, it is important to understand the PLC ladder diagram and system parameter settings of the control system thoroughly. When problems arise, we should first judge whether it is a power problem or a system problem, whether it is a system parameter problem or a PLC ladder diagram problem, and be good at using the alarm information and diagnostic screen of the system itself. Generally, as long as we follow the above principles and be cautious, the general numerical control faults can be eliminated in time.
